The Embassy’s public office is currently open from 9am to 12 noon, Sunday to Thursday. Consequently, the passport, visa and consular office can only take telephone calls in the afternoons, from 2pm to 4pm.
If you telephone outside of these hours, or at another time when the consular officer is unavailable to answer your call, please press 1 to leave a message. Please include your name, number and the nature of your query, and the consular assistant will return your call as soon as possible. If you have already applied for a visa, please include your application number.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please note that the Embassy will be moving to an appointments only system with effect from Sunday 14 April 2013. If you wish to visit the Embassy after 14 April, please phone +202 2735 6417 between 2 pm and 4pm, Sunday to Thursday to make an appointment. Appointments will be between 9am and 12noon, Sunday to Thursday. If no one is available to answer your call, please leave a message with your name and number and details of the service(s) for which you are applying and we will call you back as soon as possible.
